How do I get started?

Is it just for first responders?
No. Vix is built around responders, healthcare providers, instructors, and students, and it works for anyone's work, learning, and everyday life. Planning a training session, studying a difficult topic, and writing a project update are a few places to start.
Can I use my own documents?
Yes. Add material to your Library and use it in a conversation. When Vix uses a document as a source, you can check its citation. Review important details against the original.
Does it work offline?
Generating answers requires an internet connection. Offline answers and realtime voice are not available.
How do credits work?
Each plan includes a monthly allowance. Credit cost varies with the request and model tier. Paid credits roll over for 12 months. Paid usage pauses when your available credits run out, with no automatic overage bill.
